TripAdvisor Reviews Download Never Completes

  • I have the paid version and connected Trustindex to my TripAdvisor reviews and it is in continual download mode for over 24 hours. No TripAdvisor reviews are showing up. Is there a reason that it is not downloading the TripAdvisor reviews or that it is taking days and never gets out of downloading mode? Is there a fix for this?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
