TripAdvisor Avatar photos not showing

I am on the trial pro version of this app and it expires soon. However, I’m wondering whether to purchase the pro version of this plugin as the TripAdvisor avatars are not showing up on my website although on TripAdvisor they clearly have photos for their avatars. How do I fix this? All my settings are set to show photos but they just aren’t showing.
