Please try adding the below CSS code by going to?Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer >?Additional CSS:

 .wp-travel-engine-archive-outer-wrap {
      max-width: 1320px;
      width: 100%;
      padding: 0 15px;
      margin: 0 auto;
}

Response: Regarding showing Breadcrumbs in the Trip Search Result page, Breadcrumbs comes from the theme, so if you have used a Compatible theme, there will be an option regarding Breadcrumb to display on the trip page.
