Trim theme featured content blurbs

I’m having the same issue. The “blurb” is actually just displaying the entire page, which is kind of weird and I can’t figure out how to shorten it.

Sorry, I should add a little bit more information. I am using the “excerpts”, and “use excerpts when defined” is enabled, although it doesn’t seem to make a difference whether it’s enabled or not.

Further, I have text in the “excerpt” field in the actual page as well. I can’t figure it out! Right now I’m experimenting with the manual excerpt.

You’re likely going to need to ask Elegant Themes about this kind of theme-specific question – as we don’t have access to commercial themes so don’t know how they are set up/coded.

Thanks WPyogi. I was hoping someone who’d used the theme would be able to chime in… I’ve got an email into elegant themes, so hopefully they can help me out.
