Trim or Download Log File Location

    I have a client that has allowed their download-monitor log files to get too large and they are experiencing a timeout using the Export CSV function. Is there a way to trim the log files or can I download them via FTP? If yes, where are they located?

    Hey @shacomm,

    The logs have their own table in the database named wp_download_log by default. Downloading them via FTP is not possible as the logs aren’t real files but if your host supports a database management tool (like phpmyadmin) you can view and trim the log from there.
