Trim excerpt to first paragraph

Hi!
I’ve a problem with this plugin: it’s possible to trim the excerpt pubblicated via {POST_EXCERPT} only to first paragraph? Usually, the excerpt on my blog is pubblicated as the Yoast Seo Meta Description, but when the post is online to my Facebook page, the excerpt is too long, over the first paragraph.

Any idea? Thanks!
