Triggers and Display options suddenly reset

Hey Support Team!

So this has been happening for the last 6 months or so on/off.

Suddenly, out of the blue, all the popup triggers disappear and all the display options are reset to default values (we made a popup theme to style it). The only solution for this is to manually re-wire it all.

We have tried all sorts of things both on server and wordpress side to try and replicate de error with no luck. We have quarantined it in a side environment disabling all other plugins and it still happens, so we have no idea on why this is happening at all.

I have been looking for a similar error in the support forum, but seems to be somehow unique. Any ideas or input on what could be happening?
