Triggering Payment Retry

Hi,

I created a new set of rules and wanted to test the retry logic before pushing anything live. I have been able to follow the guide but get stuck when I actually try to get the payment retry hook to trigger. I use stripe, I change the keys to something that does not exist, I trigger “process renewal” than the payment shows as pending, I also have clicked through to that payment and manually marked as failed neither seem to trigger a retry.
