Triggering Download Links / Order Email

  • Hi,

    I’ve been trying to get the plugin working without success. I’ve setup a download test product and I can go through the checkout process and purchase the item, and I receive a payment confirmation from Paypal, however, no email is triggered by WordPress and the item doesn’t appear in ‘My Downloads’.

    I’m stumped. Any help gratefully appreciated.

    Okay, after digging a little further I’ve figured out how to get the emails sent, however there’s no download link.

    Hi,

    In My downloads page, you only see the products if the orders are set to Completed.
    Please, could you take a look if the order is completed?
