Triggered mod-security issue, had to delete

I am very disappointed that I can’t use this great plugin. But I got blocked from my sites when mod-security was triggered. My host informed me that ‘miniorange-login-openid’ and ‘rss-llama’ caused an issue.
I had been using both plugins for weeks, I didn’t know why it happened now. Maybe a combination of things occurred.
