Triggered boxe not showing in both of my sites

Hi, I’ve been trying 1 hour to figure out why the boxes are not showing in both of my sites. I disabled the CDN, set the cookies expiration to 0, enabled the test mode, set the trigger point to an element… but nothing, the boxes are not showing.

I noticed with Firebug the triggered boxe reamin display:none only if I set it manually display:block are showing.

I kept the test mode in both of them for now.
