    Hello @adej

Sorry to hear that – do you have more information next to that error message? We need more details to dive into the issue. The error could be caused by any number of issues or even a complication with a particular plugin we have not encountered before?

    Hi Lars,

I find that the plugin throws up a memory error on the new version of wordpress hosted on plesk and windows, however when i try to install an other version of your plugin (Version 5.118) it works seemlessly, the issue is unique to the new version of ninja

p.s i also tried using a fresh install of wordpress andd it still didnt work

    Regards

    Hello @adej

Ok, version 5.118 works, that is good to know. At the time of writing we are at 5.146 so there have been plenty of changes in between.

I would really love for the specific error text that shows on screen for me to help you, the specific phrasing of the error can help pinpoint where the error is. There are sometimes also references to a specific file and/or line where the error occurs. This all helps locate and fix the error.

The first report was the text “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”, and I am not sure where the error originates.

    Hi can help with that.

    See below the error

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2703360 bytes) in C:\inetpub\vhosts\domain.com\subdomain.domain.com\wp-includes\wp-db.php on line 1582

Please note after installing the old version one can activate and then upgrade without issues, however, once you disable activating it again shoots up that error.
