Trigger when a user get removed from a role (author) not working

    Hello there, I must be doing something wrong…. my config is as in this image.

    Do u think it can be a conflict with any plugin? How can I know if something is blockingthe trigger or the action?

    Hi @luquerias!

    I would be more than happy to assist you today.

    1 – How are you removing the role from the user profile?
    2 – Are you creating logs? You can see this from AutomatorWP-Logs.
    3 – In this case you don’t need to use the call to function, since you have the “Update user meta” action in the WordPress integration.

    Hello Paco!
    1)I’m using the native dropdown of wordpress to change the user role.
    2) Sometimes it create logs, sometimes don′t.
    3) Ok. I’m using the wordpres action integration as in this link

    Is the meta key correct?
    I just did a test on my WordPress and it works fine, to find out what the meta key is called I used the JSM plugin Show User Metadata.
    For example in my case I want to set a value in the “last name” field of the user.
