Trigger warning

I’ve got a project where some wordpress posts may contain triggers that may cause distress for the reader.

I’d like to implement a warning that is displayed so that the reader is advised of the Triggers included in the post so that they can themselves decide whether or not to continue to the post or escape to the homepage.

Is anyone aware of any plugins that could help or even code?

I need to ensure that the trigger warning is not blocked by popups or adblocker etc.
