• Hi,
    I need to approve dealer registration manually. Then the role is changed from “none” to “wholesaler”. I wanted to send to the approved dealer a special email after approval. I setup a trigger – “user role change” and under the recipient:
    “email/merge tag” and “{user_email}”
    But no email was sent after the approval!
    Maybe it doesn’t work when the role is changed from “none” to a different one?

    Hi, are you using any 3rd party plugin to manage the roles and approve users?

    Sure, I had to. There was no other way.
    That’s why initially I have user role “none” and after the approval it changes.

    Then yeah, this is most likely the reason why the notification didn’t come in. The plugins are not compatible, I’m sorry.
