    Hi,

Thank you very much for your kind words!

Jumping from 3.11 to the current version might be a bit problematic, as there is a great difference between the two releases, I believe some configuration might not been updated correctly.

First, make sure to check that the correct sources are selected on the General Options -> Sources & Basics panel, and make sure to save these options even if the configuration is correct: https://i.imgur.com/MFl5DHC.png

If this doesn’t change anything, then go to the Help & Support submenu where you will find a debug data text box: https://i.imgur.com/D47ZEy7.png
There are instructions on how you can share it’s contents here with me, which contains the complete plugin configuration and the latest search queries, which might help me find the problem.

    Thanks again
    P.S.
These tests I’m doing on localhost

    Hi,

Thank you for the debug information, I think I see the issue.

There appears to be some kind of text (maybe a quote mark) in Exclude Terms by ID field on the Advanced Options panel. Can you please check and empty that field: https://i.imgur.com/IjUdusf.png
After emptying, make sure to save the options.

If there is nothing in that field, then try typing in a big number, like 99999999 and save the options.

Let me know how it goes.
