trigger save ePanel elegantthemes settings

Hi.

I am installing several hundred elegantthemes themes. When installed by ftp some do not display properly until I go into the wp admin panel and save the default settings of epanel. I need to be able to do this save programmatically. Can I trigger this save somehow in the functions.php file of the theme? That would allow me to script an easy solution for all domains.
