    Hello,
    We have a question about the pro plugin

    We’d like to send the customer a message only after he actually receives the goods. How can we do jt? Do you integrate with aftership or similar service?

    Hi,

    I assumed you want to send the Review Reminder when the shipment status is “Shipped”, is that correct?

    Unfortunately, our plugin is not integrated with AfterShip or any Tracking Service, it only sends emails when order status changes. In this case, you can select the “Order Completed” status.
