Trigger re-indexing

    Hi!

    Is there a way to trigger the re-indexing of a post type / all post types so I can use it in a cronjob?

    Hi @pimpiet ,

    There currently isn’t a method that will automatically re-index a post type.
    I am asking because constant re-indexing could be resource intensive on a site with a large number of posts.

    When a post is created, updated, deleted – the posts are indexed to typesense. So, May i ask why you would need to re-index all posts with a cron job though ?

    Thanks for your reply! I wasn’t aware of that, no need for an extra trigger then.
