    Hi

    I want to use the exit intent pop up. I have been looking through all your help forums, I want to know if the bug associated with “trigger once per session” has been fixed?

    I downloaded your free version today (the latest version) and when I use it then it pops up every time I go to a page within the same session. This includes if I leave the page and come back to it and then try to close the window. Basically it is treating each time I go to a page as a “new session”. Can you let me know what I need to do differently to see it only once in the session?

    Hello @kkjj

    The “trigger once per session” option is per browser session, so this session will get reset on every reload.

    To totally get rid of the popup, you can check the “No longer show this message across the site” option in Display Settings -> Additional settings -> After Pop-up is closed.

    Hi Dimitris

    But it isn’t working in that way. It is not just showing up once per browser session but once per page reload.

    Is there something else I am missing? I basically want people to be able to browse the whole website and when they try to leave then it pops up only once. If they come back the same day then it does the same thing again.

    Hope you’re doing well!

    I’ve visited your site and see that the opt-in is working well. It is showing up once per session and not per page reload, when subscribing or simply closing the opt-in.

    Would you please let us know what browser you’re using? Also, please clear browser cache by following instructions from here:
