    Hi.

    I just purchased the lively chat plugin, mainly to get several agents and the trigger function to work. A few small issues:

    1. I created a trigger that should start a chat if a visitor has been 5 seconds on any page (using *)- However the trigger message never shows up when I visit the site.

    2. I would like to hide the email form when no agents are online. Is this possible?
