We’ve added trigger links in the header and footer of our site to manually open a popup. The issue is that on intial page load, clicking (or even double-clicking) the link does not trigger the popup. But if you click the link again, then it does trigger properly each time you click it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @ethanb40

    Thank you for reaching out.

We checked your site, and noticed the popup newsletter-sign-up is loading on the browser dev tools, but it is not showing in the frontend.

This popup has two triggers, one is a Click Open, and the other is a Time Delay/Auto Open.

It looks like a browser styling rule is messing up how Popup Maker displays that popup. In techie terms, there’s a CSS conflict on that page.

Can you try the CSS override solution in this doc?

    https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/544-your-popup-is-not-displaying-on-your-homepage#conflict

We used the browser dev tools to test that same override on your site. The good news is the fix worked for us, and the trigger links are working.

Here’s a demo of our test.

    Let us know what happens.

That seems to have fixed the issue. Thank you for your help!
