Trigger Icon image not showing up

Hmm, what version of WP are you running?

I’m using 4.5.2

Is that the reason why the images in the icons are not showing up?, I mean the version I’m using.

No… there must be something else, perhaps some js conflict. I can offer to look at your site and try to find the issue, can you provide a URL where the plugin is being displayed currently?

I see the images. but I am not able to replicate the not being abel to save issue unless I log in to the admin. Could you set a temp access for me and email it to enmanuelcorvo(at)gmail.com
