Trigger from link URL

We checked the page, and the popup 107668 is loading on the browser dev tools.

However, we did not find a link or button that has the link /#popmake-107668 on the page.

Can you provide the steps on where we can find the link or button? You can also share a screen capture of the link or button.

It would be a link from another page that would send to that page and if it had #popmake-107668 at the end, it would open the popup.

We checked your link again and saw the popup show up right after the cookie notice banner at the bottom.

Once we’ve hit OK on the cookie banner notice, the popup doesn’t show anymore.

Can you try deactivating the plugin you use for the cookie banner temporarily and see if the issue persists?

I disabled the cookies plugin and disabled this other popup that appears on the print screen that you sent.

It continues to appear in the source code but does not appear on the screen. Can you check again please?

The trigger click open works only on the same page. It will not show the popup on another page.

You can use the Advanced Targeting (ATC) – URL Is with trigger Time Delay/Auto Open. That way, the popup will show on the other page.

You can also use the Advanced Targeting Conditions (ATC) if the user comes from Facebook.

You can use ATC – Referrer Is External URL. It allows loading a popup if the visitor is referred by any external URL.
