Trigger event when loaded

With a tiny little addition I was able to bind events to when the Widget Area is loaded:

[ajax-widget-area.php:52]
$('#ajaxSidebar').html(response).trigger("ajaxloaded");

After this, some can easily bind a function for ajaxloaded event elsewhere:

$('#ajaxSidebar').bind("ajaxloaded", function() { ... });
