    Hello,
    I would like to know if it is possible to trigger recovery email template 1 (let’s say 24 hr) for a specific product and email template 2 for another product (let’s say 48hr)

    We don’t have this feature currently.

    By the way, I will discuss this with our developers so we can add this feature whenever feasible.
