Trigger delivery when order status changed

Hi…..I am using Dokan as a multi vendor marketplace for meal prep vendors. Is there a way to have the delivery paid for a checkout but not trigerd until the vendor changes the order status? Unlike traditional foodservice these customers will order a few days ahead.
