Trigger confirmation email on new user

    Hi,

    I am sending emails to subscribers who create accounts through a membership plugin. There is no separate email subscription form. Is it possible to trigger the confirmation email whenever a new user is created in the “subscriber” role?

  • Hi!

    That wouldn’t be possible, as MailPoet sends a confirmation email automatically when a new subscriber is added to a list through a form created with our editor.

    Unless, this third-party Membership plugin offers an official integration with MailPoet, then it might be possible to trigger the confirmation email but in this case, you’d need to ask them, as we don’t support integrations with third-party plugins.

    The manual workaround here would be adding those subscribers in MailPoet -> Subscribers -> Add New and then sending them a confirmation email:
