Trigger an email even if already subscribed

Hi,

I’ve made a popup subscription windows which triggers an action which sends an email to the subscriber. All good but if the subscriber already exists the action is not triggered and the email, which contains a download link, is not sent.

How can I send that email to already subscribed visitors?
