  • Hi Cristina

Thank you for getting in touch, my apologies for the delay in responding.

You need to remove all existing referrer strings, then please format your referrer string *exactly* like this:

    *kellerassociati.it/*

Can you please make that change and confirm the plugin works correctly?

    Kind regards

sorry perryrylance, but I didn’t understand what you suggest. Where do I have to put the string “kellerassociarti.it” ? Because I’m talking about the maps api that I have in my own theme (Divi) and doesn’t work. I figured out with Open layers but is not what I need. Thanks

    Hi there

You would need to do that on your Google API Dashboard.

If you are using a key supplied by your theme, you will need to go to Maps -> Settings and check “Prevent theme and other plugins loading the Maps API”. This will block Divi from loading the API, and allow the API to load through our plugin, with your key.

If you don’t have a Google Maps API key already, please refer to our documentation on creating an API key. This covers setting your HTTP referrer correctly too.

    Does that help?

    Kind regards

Done it! For a moment I can see the map, but immediately return the error advise. Don’t really know why….I think I give up, with this api key Google has complicated everything…
