Tried to use IP instead of localhost…I broke it?

Hi! I tried to insert my IP address so that other computers on my server could view my locally hosted wordpress site. Now, it takes forever to load and when it finally loads all the formatting is gone (vertically arranged, no theme). I hope I didn’t break it! Does anyone have any advice? I am fairly new to wordpress and brand new to locally hosting websites. I am ok with just putting it back to normal! I can send people screen shots if need be. I just don’t want to start over!
