tried to upgrade, total loss

    I finally tried an upgrade from 2.9.2 to 3.0.1 using the auto-upgrade feature.
    Now I don’t have a website anymore…. no dashboard no website:
    this is what I get:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_rtl() (previously declared in /home/content/h/i/l/hilobay/html/wordpress/wp-includes/locale.php:347) in /home/content/h/i/l/hilobay/html/wordpress/wp-includes/locale.php on line 349

    can anyone help me?
