Tried to transfer and now I can’t acces it

Hello,

I tried to transfer my blog to a new URL and doing so I had to change the destination and blog URL and once the transfer was complete it created havoc and shut down my new site so i gad to delete the wordpress file to get it to run again but now, I can’t even access it anymore through word press to change the settings back.

Any idea what I can do from here? I still have the folder and I could try and upload it again and see I have more luck this time ( I was getting a 500 internal error message )
