I installed this program thinking that it could help me manage some automatic emails for orders that were delivered as well as an abandon cart series through Mailchimp. I was not happy with how this worked….. It did slow down my website some, but the bigger issue is that every time I would refresh my list it would re-write over the entire thing and re-send emails to people it had already sent them to. So, yeah….pretty annoying for a customer to have to unsubscribe from a list over and over again. There needs to be something where it updates the list only from the last refresh date….there has to be a way to do that….just saying. For now, I have deleted it and will have to look for another way to preform these actions with my lists and orders….possibly on my own for now to make sure that my customers are taken care of in the way they should be.

    Hey there @livylynnvintage

I appreciate the feedback here. I can see how this is less than ideal for your users and would like to learn a bit more about this so we can investigate from our side of things.

Would you be able to elaborate a bit on the specific workflow leading up to the issue here? Specifically:

    – Could you provide a step-by-step workflow of each step occurring leading up to the unexpected behavior?
    – Could you clarify how this unexpected behavior presents itself on the MailChimp side of things and/or in WooCommerce?

Thanks again for your feedback and any additional details you can provide.
    – Malachite
