Tried to delete, but it blocks being deleted

  • I added this plugin to my site, didn’t like it at all and now it will NOT let me DELETE it!!

    It says “You cannot delete a plugin while it is active on the main site.”

    Hmmm. just installed it 3 seconds ago, why can’t I uninstall it & delete? I’m not running a child theme or anything.

    So this plugin hi-jacked my site. Wow~!!

    Really, really makes me mad.

    This plugin did not hijack your site. It contains no functionality to stop you deleting it, and no plugin can do this.

    This is what WordPress does on a multi-site install.

    Please try to direct your anger towards the correct place.
