tried to access non-existent page Logo_x2

  • Hi there ,

    I have an annoying issue for some of my visitors :

    i uploaded the logo and added at the end _2x as the them says, but when my visitors come to the website, i receive this error

    left https://mydomain.com a and tried to access non-existent page https://mydomain.com /wp-content/uploads/2017/04/Logo_x2.png

    left https://mydomain.com a and tried to access non-existent page https://mydomain.com /wp-content/uploads/2017/04/Logo_x4.png

    i already added these files in the mentioned folder, but i dont know why the users cant find them
    how can i solve this please?i am affraid the users cant access the website ?
    please advise

    Hi,

    Whats your site address? I think you have confused it with another theme. We do not tell our users to add _2x to the end of your image name.

    You are right, i thought this is the general worpress support, i didnt realized optimizer was a theme. we are using wprentals , we have solve that problem, but now we have another problem, with the wp_email sender. despite the correct emails that an user should received, they received another extra empty subject from noreply@domain . any idea why ?

    I am also facing the same issue, I checked my website traffic stats and noticed that lot of visitors are trying to access non-existent page ending with something like …..x2.png

    could you please tell me how did you fix this issue ?
