Tried this and it only emailed to half of the users

For https://cbdconsulting.com/ I have your plugin installed – when I send emails I get redirected to the page is not found that other users have had. And when I see what emails did get sent it’s only a small portion of the list. I have 244 users but only 85 users got messaged. What could be happening?
