    Note:
    I just setup a new WordPress account on the same server as a test and it also did not work with “post by email ” .

    Over a month and nothing. I have sent emails to you at your request with more information I have given you sample sites and even built a new test site. Not a word back.

    We own or manage close to 100 WordPress websites and after having several of these kind of unresolved issues I am taking Jetpack off of all of our sites. There are other plugins that can do everything Jetpack can do and with better support.

    Sorry about that.

    Other Jetpack users have reported similar issues, but we haven’t been able to reproduce or even understand where the emails get lost. We made some changes to our code to start logging every step of the post by email process, but in some cases (including yours) the emails are still getting lost.

    We haven’t given up on you, though. Not being able to recreate the issue on our end is certainly very annoying as it makes it harder to understand what’s wrong, but we’re still working on this. I’ll let you know as soon as I have some news.
