Tried everything and still can not login

  • Problem: can not login to the admin panel but my web pages are visible
    Tried: changing theme back to twentyeleven, moved plugins into hold folder and then put them back one by one to see if that was the problem, changed the password in MD5, restored files back to last Friday’s date (Saturday was the day it all went south), and more read every solutions posted and still can’t login in.

    Every attempt to login in results in the white box at password while username box still retains my username.

    – If applicible, also remember to deactivate any plugins in the mu-plugins folder. The easiest way is to rename that folder to mu-plugins-old.

    When I removed all of the plugins, I get this message on the login page:

    Tried everything on the useful codex page. Still not working. My WordPress version is 3.4.1; MSQL 5.0.92-log; OS is MAC-Mountain Lion; Browser is Firefox 14.0.1
    HELP!!
