Tried adding Google Analytics and I completely broke my site!

I can’t even login to my admin to tell you what version I have. Every page I attempt to open I get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/uoalogin/public_html/wp-content/themes/customizr-child/functions.php on line 24

My entire site is down and only shows this error..

Can someone please, please help me. I have a child themr and I followed the directions on this page:
