• Be aware if you buy the pro version – it seems like a one time fee for the license, but it is an annual subscription (and a pretty expensive one, too), which only becomes clear after you purchased it.
I realised my mistake and asked kindly for a refund literally 1 minute after I bought it, but the customer “service” was extremely unfriendly and did not even grant a partial refund. I bought a license for 3 sites, which is 200 Euro – lost now. I cannot use it, because I am not ready to pay that amount of money yearly for a simple translation plugin.
I reccommend WPML instead, or, just to use the free version.

  • The activation keys are valid for ONE (1) year as from the date of purchase.

This text was found in the General terms and conditions of sale.

@maxoud so in other words he had to read fine print in the terms and conditions to find this out. So, not made clear before purchase, as OP said. But the worse problem is the unwillingness to give a refund. As if they rely on a certain percentage of “customers” getting tricked this way to get extra income. Thankfully, there are plenty of other multilingual plugins for WordPress out there.
