Hi and thanks for that, that is fixed now, I cant see for looking these days my bad.

I do still have the problem of a blank page when clicking on the “VIEW YOUR TICKETS” link though as described in my other post. Clicking that link loads this URL

https://www.mydomain.co.uk/eventname/tickets
notice that there is no / on the end so the page is blank, I have to manually add the / on the end in the address bar so it instead loads https://www.mydomain.co.uk/eventname/tickets/ Notice the / on the end

I still need help resoling this major problem please
