Tremendous Program and Outstanding Customer Support

  • What an outstanding security program !!!!

    I needed some assistance with one of the websites that I was adding to my MalCare account, which I had just registered for as new client. I had initially began with just one site to see how it would work for me and to get acquainted with the program and its capabilities. The first website had malicious files and was causing problems for me and my client. The Malcare security program instantly cleaned all of the files after it had scanned and determined the issues that were present. I immediately upgraded my account for additional websites.

    The next website also had a lot of malicious files discovered after the initial scan by the Malcare program, however the initial process of cleaning could not be fully completed due to a very difficult file that needed additional review by Malcare. I sent in a support request and received a response extremely fast. I cannot thank the support team enough for their swift resolution of my initial cleaning process for my site that had numerous malicious files that had been embedded by some hackers. The site is now fully cleaned and running smoothly. I then added another site and once I activated it, MalCare scanned and cleaned it perfectly. I am so glad that I found your program. I have a much greater level of confidence in the overall security of my websites now, especially since it seems that over the past 6 months or so, the number of malicious attacks on websites around the world has grown exponentially.

    Malcare…You have a dedicated and loyal new client now. Thank you for your swift and professional attention to my account, your tremendous product, and your amazing support that you have in place. Anyone who has a website that seems to be the continual focus of internet attacks or hacks needs to seriously look at Malcare. You will quickly see as I did that your stress level and concern will be eliminated and you will experience the smooth running and overall security of all of your sites.
