TreePress Premium Stopped working after 5 days

Everything went fine for 5 days after paying for the Premium version.
Now it is not showing the family trees anymore. I have three different pages with different trees and none of them is working now.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the Plugin Again with no better results.Any ideas, please???
