If you are using the premium plugin then your question should be asked in the WPMU-DEV forums, as on www.remarpro.com support is provided for the lite plugin. Support on the premium forums is a lot more efficient for premium plugins and is the recommended method.
Now, on to your question:

Do you mean the “sub-wikis” section?

Hi,

I can set layers in my Wiki widget, but it cannot shown as layers. Instead of that, it is shown as a list. I hope it could be shown as layers like the example below:

*Layer 1
  -Layer 2
  --Layer 3

When you create a wiki, you can select a parent wiki. (there’s a metabox on the right for that).
Have you tried that option?
