[Theme: Travel Blogger] installation failed

    No, I can’t install other themes either. I get the same error message.

    I just realised it was the permission settings on my server.

    Hi I need some help to install the Travel Blog template because I am getting this error:
    Ultime failed.No such file or directory in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wordpress\wp-admin\includes\file.php on line 179

    The package could not be installed PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE(-4):
    Missing archive file C:\Windows\TEMP/travel-blogger.tmp

    Everything else works why should a file be missing? Thank you

    I gave all permissions on my IIS server for admin,root and owner but I still cannot install the package, any idea?
