Trashed file not deleted and still liste as present

  • Hi,

    I am new to WordPress and to Delightful Downloads. I have been experimenting with this plugin and found that when I delete a file (in the site’s “Tableau de bord” (control panel?)), and then empty the basket, it is not deleted from the “delightful-downloads” directory (checked using an FTP client). Does one have to clean up the “delightful-downloads” directory manually?

    It also showed up for some time in a list of files generated by [ddownload_list], but then disappeared some minutes later, instead of immediate as I would have expected. Is this behavior normal?

    Final question: is there some way to do a batch upload of files into Delightful Downloads?

    Hi,

    Delightful Downloads does not remove the file from the server, this is the correct behaviour.

    The [ddownload_list] shortcode is cached for performance reasons, this can be disabled in the settings screen.

    Batch upload isn’t possible but it is something that has been requested quite often so it’s on the to-do list.
