I have run the scan and I have a trash folder with 21300 files “Not in library”. When click the empty trash-button I get a progress bar that is chugging along for some time, but when the emptying process is done, all of the files are still there.

    – Should “not in library files” not be deleted by the plugin?
    – Should I empty the wpmc-trash folder manually via FTP?

edit: I manually removed one of the files that was listed in the trash folder, but it is not removed from the list of files. Is there a way to force update the trash list?

    edit2: I found the “reset cleaner database”-button

    /T

    Hi @thomasnorden,

I get a progress bar that is chugging along for some time, but when the emptying process is done, all of the files are still there.

That’s strange, did you check your PHP Error Logs?

Should “not in library files” not be deleted by the plugin?

    They should be deleted.

Should I empty the wpmc-trash folder manually via FTP?

You can, but the plugin should do it normally.

I found the “reset cleaner database”-button

And yes, you can also do that ??
