    Hi,

Since updating to 7.2.1 , all my sites have the same issue, the trash folder is not found and impossible to trash anything. Directory Path is set correctly as always…

    v7.2.0 is working as normal.

    Please investigate.

    Thanks

    Hello @marzmuso,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We will fix this issue in the upcoming revisions of the file manager.

    Solution:-
The file manager is not creating a trash folder automatically. You need to create one manually.
Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue for now.

    1. Navigate to this path wp-content > plugins > wp-file-manager> lib > files in the file manager.
    2. Create a .trash folder there

After creating the .trash folder, It will start to work as expected.

Feel free to reach out to us if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards,

Hi , thanks for the workaround.

Do you mean create the a.trash folder inside lib folder ?

    Thanks
