Trash folder issue

    Dear Support,

    I am unable to delete any file or folder. Itis giving an error message saying “Unable to create folder””. Target folder “Trash” not found.

    In the folder hierarchy, the Trash folder is showing, but if I click that it is giving error message “Unable to open “Trash”. Solder not found.”

    Please help…

    We have checked the issue and it seems the .trash folder is missing. To create a .trash folder you need navigate to the root directory of your wordpress installation and then navigate to wp-content > plugins > wp-file-manager-pro > lib > files and create .trash folder inside it.
